_Biography

Matt Pfeil is currently the Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at Top Tier Capital.  Previously, he was the co-founder of DataStax (acquired by IBM), a cloud database solution and early stage employee at Mailtrust (acquired by Rackspace).  He graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in computer science.  When not spending time with his wife and 2 children in Austin, TX, he enjoys debates on macro economics, options trading, and playing cornhole.
