- Membership payments are due on Sept. 1 for the academic year or Feb. 1 for the calendar year.

Member company profile
All event confirmations will be sent to the primary contact listed on the company profile page in the CS|Source Job Hub. Please update your profile in the CS|Source portal at least two weeks prior to the career fair.

Register all company representatives who will attend at least two weeks prior to the career fair.

Employers can view student resumes on Handshake and the CS|Source Job Hub.
Wireless access
Wireless access may be requested from Virginia Tech Wireless Network.
Hollins Exposition Services of Roanoke, Virginia, is the shipping contractor for career fair employers. Hollins will email an exhibitor packet to registered employers about a month in advance of the event.
Return equipment and unused items through Hollins by placing a shipping label on them. Hollins will pick them up at your booth site.

On-campus parking is free.
Monday
Parking space at Chicken Hill Lot will be reserved at no cost for registered employer representatives. Shuttles will run throughout the day between Chicken Hill Lot and Squires Student Center.
Tuesday
Need recruiter parking passes to conduct Tuesday in-person interviews? Reserve them ahead of time and pick them up on Monday at employer check-in. Otherwise, purchase a visitor parking pass for $8 per day from Virginia Tech Visitor Parking Information or use the ParkMobile app for spaces indicated by the green sign.
CS|Source has contracted with two area hotels to provide employer accommodations.

Cancellations
If Virginia Tech is closed for any reason on the day of the career fair, it will be rescheduled. In the unlikely circumstance that an event is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, CS|Source will determine if a refund will be issued.
Recruiting position statement
Virginia Tech recommends employers follow the Principals for Ethical Professional Practice established by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). The guidelines and opinion letters present a variety of topics, including setting reasonable deadlines for job offers.
