CS|Source member partners get early access to highly-skilled graduates, opportunities for collaborative research, and much more.
We offer three levels of membership. No matter which you choose, you'll have opportunities to showcase your brand to motivated students, engage in meaningful projects, and contribute to the growth of tomorrow's tech leaders.
All proceeds from membership dues go towards student scholarships and professional development.
Membership terms:
- Spring semester: January 1-June 30
- Fall semester : July 1-December 31

$3,400 per semester
- Single booth at either the spring or fall CS|Source career fair[1]
- Invitation for two (2) representatives to attend.
- Free campus parking passes and shuttle transportation.
- Employer hospitality suite with lunch provided.
- Access to one (1) next-day interview space.
- Employer name on career fair marketing content.
- Access to the CS|Source JobHub
- Search computer science student resumes.
- Post job descriptions and match them to student resumes.
- Access to the VT Handshake system
- Fine student resumes and post job/event descriptions.
- Promotion opportunities
- Employer events, activities, and job/internship openings included in weekly email newsletter that goes to all department undergraduates (majors and minors) and graduate students.
- Invitation to connect with department-affiliated student groups for speaking and mentoring opportunities.
- Employer profile and branding posted in various locations and at various events.

[1] Associate-level members who wish to schedule up to two (2) on-campus information sessions, student meet-and-greets, and/or workshops throughout the semester in lieu of attending the CS|Source career fair are encouraged to contact cs-source@vt.edu at least four (4) weeks prior to an anticipated session.
$6,375 per year
- Single booth at both the spring and fall CS|Source career fairs
- Invitation for four (4) representatives to attend.
- Option for CS and CPE/CMDA major attendance.
- Free campus parking passes and shuttle transportation.
- Employer hospitality suite, with lunch provided.
- Access to three (3) next-day interview spaces.
- Employer name on career fair marketing content.
- Invitation to participate in employer panels and in CS|Source courses throughout the academic year.
- Schedule up to four (4) on-campus (and/or virtual) information sessions, student meet-and-greets, coffee chats, info/tech sessions, coding challenges, professionalism workshops, and more, throughout the academic year.
- CS|Source will provide assistance with strategic event planning, scheduling, and event promotion.
- Arrangements must be made at least four (4) weeks prior to an anticipated session.
- Exclusive access to the CS|Source JobHub
- Access searchable resumes for computer science students.
- Post job descriptions and match relevant student resumes.
- Access to the VT Handshake System
- Access to student resumes and the ability to post job/event descriptions.
- Promotion opportunities
- Employer events, activities, and job/internship openings distributed to computer science undergraduate majorsand minors and graduate students.
- Invitations to connect with department-affiliated student groups for speaking and mentoring opportunities.
- Employer profile and branding posted in various locations and at various events.
- Invitation to select departmental events and student research presentations.
$12,750 per year
- Double booth at spring and fall CS|Source career fairs
- Invitation for six (6) representatives to attend.
- Free campus parking and shuttle transportation.
- Employer hospitality suite with lunch provided.
- Access to six (6) next-day interview spaces.
- Employer name on career fair marketing content.
- Invitation to participate in employer panels and in CS|Source courses throughout the academic year.
- Exclusive tabling at a designated “Corporate Day” in the department's Undergraduate Learning Center.
- Opportunity to connect with faculty on research projects, trends, and expert topics.
- CS|Source will arrange meetings with faculty upon request.
- Schedule up to six (6) on-campus (and/or virtual) information sessions, student meet-and-greets, coffee chats, info/tech sessions, coding challenges, workshops, and more throughout the academic year.
- CS|Source will provide assistance with strategic event planning, scheduling, and event promotion.
- Arrangements must be made at least four (4) weeks prior to an anticipated session.
