Fall 2024 CS|Source Career Fair: Employer Information

Greetings, CS|Source Members!

We are excited to have you join us for our 2024 Fall CS|Source Career Fair on Monday, September 9. The Career Fair will be held in the Commonwealth Ballroom in Squires Student Center as in past years. When you arrive, please visit the EMPLOYER CHECK-IN booth. Computer Science student volunteers will be on hand to assist you with setting up and breaking down your booth.

Partner- and Stakeholder-level companies are invited to join us on Monday, September 9, from 10:00-11:30 AM for the CS Department Business Meeting, which will be held in the Brush Mountain A room in Squires. Participants will meet the new CS Department Head, discuss departmental demographics and our strategic focus for the 2024-25 academic year, and learn about increasing opportunities to engage with our students and faculty. We also have plans to convene an industry advisory board, and we would like to hear your thoughts on forming such a board.

In the meantime, we encourage all of our CS|Source members to read through the information below to prepare for the Career Fair. If you have questions that are not addressed below, please contact Claire Shirkey, Strategic Relationship Manager for the Department of Computer Science, at clairevs@vt.edu.

See you on September 9th!
