Cole possesses a combined total of 5 years in formal HR education and professional experience. He is also a VT alum having graduated in 2021 with a Master of Public Administration. On a personal note - he is a Roanoke native, loves any food with cheese, and enjoys taking his 10-year-old standard poodle for trips to Starbucks.
